Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from DARKNUDE. However, should you wish to return an item, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unworn and unwashed,
• show no signs of use,
• be in their original condition, and
• be returned with all original tags attached.

Naturally, you may try on the clothing. Items used beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality may be excluded from a full refund.

Return Costs
The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Registering a Return
You must notify us of your return via email before shipping it back. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of unannounced returns.

We recommend sending returns via a tracked service, as the sender bears the risk of shipping until the goods are received by the shipping provider or by us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of the refund.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.

Items Excluded from Exchange
Direct exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item in accordance with the return policy and then place a new order.
