Shipping
We ship orders within Germany and to European Union member states.

Shipping is handled by one of our shipping partners—depending on the destination region, package size, and availability:

• DHL
• DPD
• UPS

The choice of shipping provider is made by DARKNUDE.

Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible following receipt of payment.
Processing time is generally 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, the following delivery times generally apply:

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• Outside the European Union: No shipping available at this time. Please contact us via email.

Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure, seasonally high order volumes, or delays caused by the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping within our designated delivery areas for orders with a value of €180.00 or more.

International Deliveries
For deliveries outside Germany, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are to be borne by the recipient.
