Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter) is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal
Upon receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded in accordance with statutory provisions.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
